Full Stack Developer (Charlotte, NC)

Job Description is looking for experienced Full Stack Developers who see software development as equal parts arts and science, have a knack for visual design and utility, and are comfortable with both front and back end engineering. The power of our software’s responsiveness and functionality will be in your hands, so you’ll need to be organized, communicative, and detail-oriented to ensure it works on every intended platform. Working alongside UX designers and product managers, you are responsible for taking a concept to the final product. You are passionate about end-to-end consumer experience, and not just engineering.


  • In close collaboration with Product and Design teams, ideate software solutions, and turn wireframes into effective code.
  • Design client-side and server-side architecture.
  • Build the front-end applications through appealing visual design. Build features with a mobile responsive design.
  • Develop and manage well-functioning databases and software solutions. Write effective RESTful APIs.
  • Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software. Apply your problem-solving skills to peel away the layers to understand the core issue and address it with elegant solutions.
  • Keep current with key industry trends and developments that can be applied to the Company’s needs.


  • 4+ years of experience of relecant design and development experience.
  • Highly experienced in building modern web applications based on React/Redux frameworks, JavaScript, Python, Django and Flask expertise.
  • Advanced knowledge of Amazon Web Services.
  • Hand-on experience of unit-tests and integration tests implementation, understanding the concept of code mocking.
  • Experience with scalable web application design patterns and micro services architecture principles.
  • Infrastructure / DevOps experience (continuous integration setup, deploying and running applications in a test and production environment etc.)
  • Solid understanding of the Agile development practices and the software development lifecycle.
  • Good understanding of Information Security and Data Protection principles.
  • Experience leading/mentoring other software engineers and providing technical guidance.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience required.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

  • Works in an office environment involving sitting most of the time at a desk in front of a computer. The worker is subject to close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and viewing a computer screen to read and enter data.
  • Travel Requirements – Less than 10% travel is required to perform the essential requirements for this role.
